Australia: Australia Post
Other Regions: Royal Mail, Yunexpress.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery consists of two stages:
Processing Time:
Production, quality checks, and packing take 3–5 business days after a 24-hour order confirmation period.
Orders are then transferred from our warehouse to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Time:
United States: 10–15 business days
International (Other Regions): 15–25 business days
Note: Due to ongoing global circumstances, delivery may experience slight delays. We prioritize processing your order promptly upon confirmation of personalized details.
Important: Orders cannot be refunded once shipped.
Product Return and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or Changes: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately. After 24 hours, production begins, and changes or cancellations are not possible.
Returns: As items are personalized, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case we will issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing elements, please contact us with photos. We will promptly resolve the issue.
